For doctoral students
In cases where a doctoral student does not consider himself or herself able to turn to his/her supervisor, head of department or student ombudsman, a deputy dean should be able to act as a doctoral student ombudsman/discussion partner regarding the doctoral student’s problems regarding doctoral education. The doctoral student himself or the doctoral student council contacts the vice dean who he/she deems best suited in a case-by-case basis.
