The LF Committee consists of two bodies that operate in Eskilstuna and Västerås. Through the LF committee, student and program associations can influence Mälardalen’s Student Union’s activities and cooperate with each other for various activities.
The LF committees normally meet once a month in Eskilstuna and Västerås, except for June. July and August.
“LF” is an abbreviation for “linjeförening” which directly translated to English is “Line association”.
The word “line” is what educational programs at Mälardalen University used to be referred to as, and this wording has lived on with the student associations until this day.
