- 20% discount when booking both campuses (Eskilstuna & Västerås) (available throughout the entire registration period

Companies booking both campuses during the Early Bird period will receive additional benefits.
Observe! Important Information
- The 15% Early Bird discount applies only to bookings for one campus made between Nov 10 and Jan 12.
- The 20% both-campus discount is valid throughout the full registration period.
- Discounts cannot be combined.
- Booth placements will be finalized after the full layout planning in January.

Red Package – Booth space in the first corridor after the entrance, dimensions 3 x 2 m. One standing table included. Meal tickets included for up to four representatives. Cost: 22,000 SEK (Available spots left: 6 spots)
Blue Package – Booth space in the second corridor after the entrance, dimensions 3 x 2 m. One standing table included. Meal tickets included for up to four representatives. Cost: 20,000 SEK (Available spots left: 6 spots)
LARGE Yellow Package – Maximum available rooms: 4. Own classroom on Floor 2, furnished as desired, plus a roll-up with directions at the entrance on Floor 1. Includes 4 extra meal tickets (total of 8). Cost: 27,000 SEK. This package is for larger organizations that wish to showcase equipment and also have the opportunity for a meeting area to sit down with students.

Orange Package – Exhibition space on Floor 2 with booth/table in an open area in the corridor, dimensions 2.5 x 2 m. One standing table included. Meal tickets included for up to four representatives. Cost: 21,000 SEK (Available spots left: 6 spots)
